[After months of enduring the torments of Balamb Garden - the lessons, annoying students, the instructors who mocked her primary form of battle tactics - Relm finally found that biding her time had paid off. The opportune moment had finally come. While everyone was busy packing for the upcoming trip, she mimicked their actions, though her packing was certainly more thurough. Only essentials, ones which would help her. Her paintings she would have to leave behind, as they were certainly too large to carry with her on foot.

In the dead of night, once everyone had gone to bed, she snuck out of her dorm, the few essentials stuffed full inside her satchel as she crept her way down the corridors. Coming upon the room of her only friend, the young teen retrieved a hastily scribbled letter encased by a small envelope. Quietly, she slipped her farewell under the crack in the door, knowing well he may be too excited come the morrow to even notice the bit of parchment, though hopefully he would see it upon his return from the trip.

The next instant she had disappeared into the night, using the shadows as her guide.

Relm Arrowny had run away.]

So you people like throwing around those, what do you call them, 'quizzes'? Whatever they are. How about one that might be useful to yourselfs.

There. Now take those words and tell me the handful which describe me. I know I've heard a few flying around already.

[ooc: We'll say that the grid is actually viewable in her post, and if/when someone fills it out, they could make a comment with what words they chose, that'd be great. Cause I figure that's how it would really work on the school system.]

So apparently I've been fourteen for four days now. Funny how time flies when you're trying to get back home. Not even a single card from anyone. Fuddyduddies. Maybe I am better off being stuck here.

In other news, my regular journal seems to have disappeared. Perhaps it's fallen into the mysterious vortex which continues to capture my alleged "roommate" you know, the person I keep thinking doesn't actually exist? The cover has the sketch of a boy in wild animal hides and a girl on the front. If found, please return to Room 208, and don't expect a reward. We're all poor around here. Until then, I suppose I'm stuck using this thing.

What is with you people?! Do you have nothing better to do with your time than to answer useless questions someone has posted? Go... slay a behemoth or something!

Message boards, huh? Interesting concept.

Does anyone really take this thing seriously?!

[Relm doesn't know how to use the computers, so someone needs to teach her before she can make actual online ones for others to read. I'll make sure that happens soon, don't worry.]

So this place is really supposed to be better than the Jidoor Academy of the Arts? Fah! I've already been here two days and have yet to see hide nor hair of the physical being which is my supposed 'dormmate.' Although, perhaps that is all for the better. More peace and quiet for me to concentrate on my work.

I will give this place some credit. The scenery, at least, gives one enough inspiration, though not nearly as much as Jidoor. The people there are just so... colourful! Not to mention, the Opera House is only a chocobo's ride away, and those shows always stimulate the imagination, even if the singing is horrendous at times. I suppose I'll have to make due with what I have. Wretched caretakers shipping me off to another world. Grandpa would have never... okay, perhaps I can't say that. He actually might have.

Perhaps I'll go to the Quad tomorrow, or the Training Center. See if there's anything interesting to draw. Or maybe the Cafeteria. I've heard several students entertain well once the hot dogs run out. what are hot dogs? Then again, some boy was asking me if I had read his... on-the-line journal entry. Apparently, you can have a journal where people can view your thoughts. Why would anyone want to do such a silly thing? He told me they're in the Library. Maybe I'll go there tomorrow, see what it's all about and laugh at the fuddyduddies who take it seriously.
